From the above information figure 1 to demographic analysis to proper employment planning
is exist in RMG sector. It can be seen that there is 25 sample persons participate this question.
We are indicating the five responding points such as strongly agree just agree, indifferent,
strongly disagree, Disagree. There is 60% workers agree to their proper employment planning
is exist, 16% strongly agree, and 16% disagree, 8% is strongly disagree to proper
employment planning is exist to their organization.

and help to analysis HR practices in RMG sector in Bangladesh. There is the question Proper

strongly agree, 20% agree, and 4% indifferent to their decision, 16% disagree, 8% strongly

facility, and others 20% disagree and 12% strongly disagree to this question and 8%
indifferent to their decision.

their organization has high job security 40% workers agree and 12% strongly agree to this
question. Other 32% strongly disagree 12% just disagree, 4% to their organization provide
has high job security.
