About the Authors
Dr. M. Sivaselvaraj a graduate in Mechanical
Engineering with postgraduate, Post Diploma in
Industrial Management and Masters degree in
Business Administration is currently worked as
Technical General Manager in Sulochana Cotton
Spinning Mills at Tirupur with three decades of his
experience. His major areas of interest include human
resource management, Labour Law, Technical
Operation in Textile, Training and Development etc., He
has awarded his PhD from PRIST Deemed to be
University, Thanjavur. He has 30 years of industrial
experience and has published a number of research
article in leading journals.
Dr. K. G. Selvan is a Professor/Director in PRIST
School of Commerce and Management in PRIST
Deemed to be University, Trichy campus. He has
completed his PhD from Madurai Kamaraj University
and has over 20 years of teaching and industrial
experience. He has published over 24 articles in
leading Indian and International journals and has
presented 18 papers in various International, National,
State level Seminars and Conferences. He is also a life
member of various professional bodies including
NAFCUB and Management Association. He is currently
member of the Editorial board of the Journal of
Manufacturing Engineering. His major areas of interest
include Banking, Financial Management, Human
resource management, operation management and
total quality management.
