 About the Authors

Prof. Deepak Babu is an accomplished academician and eminent educationist

whohaveserved in the field of Commerce and Management as an academician since
2001.

He completed two major research projects funded by U.G.C., one as Principal

Investigator and another one as Co-Principal Investigator. Till now 10 research scholars
of M. Phil. and 03research scholars of Ph.D. have completed their degree under his
supervision (6 candidates are pursuing their Ph.D.) and more than two and halfdozen
research papers are published in various National and International Journals. A total 04
Reference books and 09 text books have been published in the field of Commerce and
Management.

He attended on roughly 135 conferences and workshops at National and International

level and presented 56 research papers. He is the member of editorial board of
09national/international journals. He is the manger of a social welfare trust. He is the joint
secretary of two educational societies. He also received 09 awards. He is the convenor /
coordinator of various committees of Siddharth University. Presently Prof. Deepak Babu
is a Professor, Head and Dean of Faculty of Commerce, Director IQAC and Chief Proctor
at Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharthnagar, U.P. (A State University of UP
Government).
Dr. Yajnya Dutta Nayak is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Post
Graduate Department of Commerce, Khallikote University, Berhampur, Odisha.
He has completed M.Com., M.Phil., PGDMM and Ph.D. To his credit, Dr. Nayak has
11 books, 15 book chapters and more than 50 research papers published in
leading research journals and periodicals of the country. He has completed a
number of research assignments with various Govt. sponsored projects,
including Covid-19, CSR, Urban Development, DIC, NIRD, Water Technology, ICT,
CRC, NRGES etc. His areas of research interest include Marketing, Business
Management, Rural & Urban Development, E-commerce and Research
Methodology .
