Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) The Work Breakdown Structure is intended to ensure that job is broken
down into separate, indivisible work units. This facilitates in creation of
a hierarchy of operations and the tracking of progress toward measurable
goals. WBS integrates scope, cost, and scheduling baselines to ensure
that project plans are in synchronization.
Project Description A project description provides the objectives for the project's
development, as well as the goals, functionality, and specifics that a
development team will need to complete the project. It also aids in team
communication and ensures that everyone is aware of their
responsibilities.
Prior Work Experience It matters a lot in a project when the team that worked on the prior
project is more fit and capable of handling a comparable project with
less difficulty. For example, if a person has extensive expertise handling
IT challenges, they can take on the role of IT project manager to ensure
that the present project is completed effectively and on time.
