Being mariner is my childhood dream and perfect job I wanted, which enable me to see different countries and meet

people around the world. But if I can achieve this dream, then 10 years from now. I want to use the organization as a
problem – solving and honest worker and improve my own life and as a competent and talented worker, I want better
solve my problems and build good relationship with my co-worker. In the long run, I want to be loyal to the organization
and set an example for other employees. I want to use all my strength to contribute to the organization’s plan and vision ,
and I want to be a better employee.
