1 Introduction and Overview

PT Viros Prime Solution provided three units of Sangfor HCI aSVR2305 HA configuration to PT
Aplikanusa Lintasarta to enhance the security data of PT Yakult Indonesia Persada DRC infrastructure

Purpose of Maintenance Report Document

The purpose of this document is to briefly explain the maintenance supports of the Sangfor HCI DRC PT
Yakult Indonesia Persada to get maintenance report. This document covers the alarm, condition, and
detailed configuration that is currently applied into the network equipment.

Quality Assurance
In terms to provide best assurance for PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, the regular maintenance of all
equipment will be performed by PT Viros Prime Solution engineer.

2 Scope of Work

2.1 Overview
This Scope of Works (SOW) defines the Products and/or Services that PT Viros Prime Solution shall
provide to PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta. The terms of this SOW are limited to the scope of this SOW and
shall not be applicable to any other SOW(s).

2.2 Maintenance Scope of Work


The micro design scope of works will cover the following equipments below which has been agreed at the
previous phase.
