My answer

1. 1. Be a good and honest team member

You can explain to the interviewer, if to be a good and honest team member, then you will try

to communicate and make the team feel comfortable while doing work together. You can also

express your passion for teamwork and make it clear that good communication will result in

high productivity and the key to success.

2. Passion at work
Passion or passion is another important attribute needed to carry out a task. By ensuring that

you will always foster a sense of enthusiasm for work, recruiters will judge if you are a

prospective employee who will have high productivity. Passion at work will create resilience

and an unyielding attitude at work. If there is a problem at work, it will make you even more

trying to find a solution.

3. Because you have multitasking capabilities

You can give a brief explanation to the interviewer about your multitasking experience in your

previous organization/company. We recommend that you explain this experience through

technical examples of multitasking and the tools you use to complete the project. If you

manage to explain clearly and completely, maybe you will be able to steal the attention of the

interviewer.

4. High determination

Determination is also a quality of refinement skill required for any task. Determination is

the level of your involvement or your power to be heard in smoothing any decision or

communication. Determination is necessary to withstand every challenge and achieve

goals for success.

5. Dedication
Dedication and Loyalty are important assets that candidates must have when they want

to join the company. If someone is dedicated to the job, then that employee will always

be there for the company

6. Able to work under pressure and deadlines

The company continues to strive to move fast, so that every task must be given a

deadline, and of course it will have high pressure. There are cases where a project is

facing a difficult time and needs to be submitted before the deadline.

7. Ability to motivate yourself

self-motivating skills are the perfect solution for employers and to impress interviewers.

If you can motivate yourself, you will automatically be rated as the type of person who

doesn't give up easily.

2. I think teamwork is better for getting a job done because there are more 'brains'

working. Even by working together you can believe that cooperation, openness, and

focus are needed, and you happen to have all these aspects within yourself.

3. If I am asked about it, of course I will not immediately mention how much the nominal

is. I make sure to measure the ability first

4. If I am a person who cares about the social level in society, then career is an

important thing in my life. But money and a career are a symbiosis. Careers are gone

but money is also increasing.

If I only prioritize money, it means that we can think that we can get money from

anywhere, it doesn't need to be a career. All I need is a business, work, or anything else

without an important rise in status is money.

Money is more important to me. I don't think about how my career will be tomorrow,

what I think about is how I make money tomorrow.
