1. Tell me a little about yourself.

I am Aldrin Sardilla,24, Studying Mechanical Engineering in National University-Manila.
I like engineering cause it makes me wonder about the technology and math.

2. What are your biggest weaknesses?

My biggest weaknesses are English and Self-confidence

3. What are your biggest strengths?

My biggest strengths is that I love studying physics and math.

4. Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years, I see myself working in a Manufacturing Plant and living on my dreams
but I will not stop dreaming about all my goals in my life.

5. Out of all the other candidates, why should we hire you?

Because I am flexible with my time and when it is needed I can work all night.

6. Describe your dream job.

My dream job is to design a futuristic car or technology.

7. Why did you want this job?

I chose this Job because I love manufacturing, I love how raw material turns into product.

8. What do you consider to be your biggest school achievement?

I consider my biggest achievement in school is that I designed alone an Airconditioning system in
a Four Storey School.

9. Tell me about the last time your mother/father got angry with you. What happened?
It is when I don't study much, Because they know my potential but I'm wasting it because I chose to play
than to study.

10. What kind of work environment do you like best?

I like work environment that is not toxic because toxic environment could destroy the mood and
it's environment. We need a kind work environment.

11. Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in the last six months.
My toughest decision is to continue my study even though it would be hard for me to study since this
epidemic started it is really hard to have a passion to study.

12. What is your leadership style?

I think my leadership style is that give acknowledgement to someone if he accomplish that could motivate
everyone.

They think that I'm not good at the way they work.

16. What do you like to do outside of work?

I like gaming at my personal computer or to have a vacation far from the work.

17. What is your expected salary? (base on your first preferred job)
My expected salary is 20,000 to 25,000 since it would be my first job.

18. If you were to rank yourself among your college classmates, what rank are you and why?
If I would rank myself from one to ten and one is the highest I think my rank would be range at three to six
since I know that they rely to me sometimes and I teach them some of my knowledge.

Motivation to help my parents and to achieve my own goal

I would take my time to reflect what did I do.

I think the last professor that have said positive thing to say to me is "keep it up you did a
good job".

To build our own dream house and to have a good life.
