Ladies and gentlemen, good morning once again.

Before we close this morning’s ceremonies. I would like to take this last opportunity to say, on
behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration of Canocotan National High School, congratulations, both
the graduates and the family and friends who helped us arrive at this successful moment.

Our graduates! It is clearly seen that your outstanding achievements are well-deserved and
should be taken with pride! Though it is not merely the end of awarding of certificates, diplomas, and
medals because you will have more to come in the future. Dear students, today is not the highlight of
great applause for such token received, but a celebration of accentuating the individuality of how far
you set your limits.

Just think about all that brought you here, all the trials and misfortunes too great to recall, all
the night’s study, all the grades, all the classroom experiences, all the stress, all the relationships, all the
“baon”, all the efforts, all the insights, all of it… it all comes here together today in this ceremony.
Moreover, as we have observed some things have changed. Yes, the tassels are on the left side now and
that underscores their symbolic value/ you have grown a lot not only physically but your whole being. As
we witnessed your defying fruitful journey as high school students come to an end today, another door
awaits you with lots of opportunities, challenges, and pursuits. There will come a time that you will put
into application all the knowledge and wisdom you gained throughout the years, and that time is now.
As you leave the gates of your alma mater, please embody the ideals that we implanted and possess the
vision that our school upholds of holding the light of future and show the world your individuality with
gratification.

Nevertheless, adversities are not an exemption to the rule of reaching success. Yes, you will face
predicaments, but despite of that, do not forget to hold on to your character, it is very crucial for it is
your reflection for tomorrow on how you will build a strong foundation in your family, your peers, the
community, and even yourself. But of course, you cannot face this alone without help. Parents, you have
the most significant role on how you influence your child to be the best version he or she can be.
Encourage them to aim higher, support your child’s dream even though life is tough, in the end you will
reap all the hard-work and sacrifices you shared. So soar high, aim for the best and have faith that you
can make it.

Once again congratulations, graduates of School year 2020-2021, you made it through one of
the challenging modes of learning during this pandemic, Canocotan National High School is so proud of
you all!
