Log-In Page
Existing User
• Log in with your existing credentials (username and password) from the Corporate RIB
• This takes you to the homepage
New User
• Log in with the credentials (username and password) you received to your registered
email address, based on the profile you created.
• You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in.
• Ensure you set your new password in line with the specified policy combination.
• Confirm your new password.
• Log in again with your new password. This takes you to the homepage.
Forgot Username
• If you have forgotten your username, click the “Forgot Username” option on the Log in page.
• This redirects to another page. Enter your email address in the field provided and click submit.
• Your Username will be sent to your registered email.
Forgot Password
• If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” option on the Log in page.
• This redirects to another page. Enter your Username and email address in the fields provided
and click continue.
• An OTP will be generated and sent via SMS or Email.
• Enter the OTP and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once logged in, your homepage will display widgets and other functionalities that pertain to
your role. Simply select the relevant icon to view and perform your chosen activity.
• The dashboard shows the various functions and icons that apply to your type of user profile
i.e. Maker, Checker or Viewer.
• Account Summary – Current and Savings Accounts Term Deposits, Loans & Finances
• Search Icon – Make specific search for Omni Lite features on the platform
• Activity Log – View the list and status(es) of your transactions as they happen for both financial and
non-financial activities
Note: Depending on the user profile and approval type has been set up for the Corporate, Sole
Proprietorship users will have auto-authorization capabilities, while user profiles with approval workflow
will require authorization in line with the mandate.
Click: Menu>>; Select Accounts>>; Current & Savings Accounts Overview>> this takes you directly
to the customized page showing the relevant quick links for activities under this feature.

While you cannot book a loan from the platform, you can perform the following functions;
Select loan account>>; select debit/funding account>>: enter repayment amount>>; Pay
Enquiries on how to secure a loan can be made by engaging your Relationship Manager and via mail,
using the on-screen messaging feature.
This module enables you to make funds transfers, meet your financial obligations as well as manage
and save beneficiary information for repeat transfers.
From Menu>>; select Payments>> and then sub-menus for the available features – each of these takes
you to the applicable page.
>> Favorites
Click: Menu>>; select Payments>>; Favorites>>; this takes you to the Favorites page>> to View Payment
or Demand Draft favorites >>; also to select any of the existing beneficiaries for payment
Note: A payment or beneficiary can only be marked and saved as favorite only after it has been
pre-maintained or after a one-time payment has been made to a beneficiary.
>> Manage Beneficiary (create/amend/delete beneficiaries for Same bank, Other Local Banks &
International)
Click Menu>>; select Payments>>; Setups>>; select embedded sub-menus for navigation to the
appropriate set up page where you can manage beneficiaries.
Note: The Public or Private option under beneficiary maintenance is used to determine or identify the
users who can view or use beneficiary information being maintained. This is useful where there are
restrictions in an organization as to who is able to view certain transaction information. This should not
apply to a Sole Proprietor set up as all transactions maintenances are auto-approved by the sole user.
Click Menu>>; select Payments>>; Payments & Transfers>>; and then select from the list of sub-menus
to navigate any of the listed functionalities, complete the required information as applicable to initiate
your transfers. The options include payments:
• To Existing Beneficiary: using any of the available payments products available for local (NIP/NEFT/
RTGS) or international/Telex transfers either to an existing beneficiary or between own accounts.
Ensure you fill the data fields as applicable.
• Issue Demand Drafts: i.e. request for bank drafts with option to specify branch of pick-up.
There is also e-Receipt (Print transaction receipt) functionality for transfers made. Telex Swift for
international payments. This can be printed immediately after completing a transaction or using
the transaction reference at a later date to retrieve it.
You can mark/save every new successful payment as favorite or set a repeat transfer.
• Inquiries
Click Menu>>; select Payments>>; Inquiries>>; sub-menus are available as below to take you
to the appropriate page
Select Account Number to view upcoming payments for ‘This Week’ or ‘This Month’ for the Pay Later
payment transactions that have been previously initiated.
Click Menu>>; select Transfers>>; Inquiries>>; then sub-menus are available for the funder listed to take
you to the appropriate page. File Upload will also be on the Homepage Quick Links.
Select the appropriate payment file identifier from the dropdown list>>; Choose the Payment File
Identifier and upload/submit either for auto-authorization (if sole user) or approval in line with workflow.
Search for uploaded files using available search criteria: file type, name, reference ID, date, status etc.
>> then select Search to determine status
Select Ad hoc >>; Report Type>>; Generate Report>> for One-Time report
Select Scheduled>> Report Type>> Frequency>>; Start & Stop date>>; Schedule Report to initiate your
request for periodic reports.
(Onscreen Messaging) Click on Menu>>; select Mailbox>>; select any of the sub-menus below.
Manage the transaction alerts received to phone or email for completed transactions
Security Settings
Enter Current Password>>; enter New Password>>; re-enter New Password >>; submit
Click Set up Now >>; select and answer any of five Security Questions >>; save.
Select from dropdown list to switch the New Mode of OTP Delivery and submit.
>> Hard Token Synchronization/Unlock (for users i.e. Authorizers with Hard Token mapped to
their Omni Lite profile)
