At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

2. know the importance of cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment
3. apply the concepts of financial literacy in buying the different chemicals to be
utilized in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment
4. demonstrate on how to use the different chemicals in cleaning and sanitizing
kitchen tools and equipment
