 Blocking Inputs Test


Firstly, for input-1 blocking test:
Jumper on input-1 (point 10 (IN1) and point 11(INRTN- common)), the function will block.

Secondly, for 27 blocking with FL (VT Fuse Loss – virtual input-)


Loss of one phase voltage, the fuse loss function will activate and under voltage function will be
blocked.

The Frequency is constant and only voltage is increased.

This test is done by using Ramp function of injected current values on secondary injection
tester while injecting under-voltage value.

The Value obtained as shown in previous snap-shoot was 0.388 A.

 Under-voltage Pick-up Test


This test is done by using Ramp function of injected voltage values on secondary injection
tester while injecting under-voltage value and decreasing pick-up and drop-out time to the
minimum values then re-entering the time values after finishing pick-up test.

Applying –firstly- Over-current and then under-voltage when the leads of timer are out and not
connected to tester. Then connect timer before pick-up time comes.
