Modeling of Beams
Using Computer Software and
Comparing Results with manual calculations

1- Using computer software draw B.M.D and deformed shape for the
shown beams under distributed load 2 t/m. The cross section of the beams
is 25cm x 60cm and the main span is 5 m and the short span is 2m. (Note:
ignore shear deformation). Then compare results with manual calculations
values.

2- Using computer software draw B.M.D and deformed shape for

the shown beams under settlement of left support for one span
beam or middle left for continuous beam 2 cm. The cross section
of the beams is 25cm x 60cm and the main span is 5 m and the
short span is 2m. (Note: ignore shear deformation).
