Part B
Construction and Overheads
Rate analysis for amount or costing. The basic structure starts from the material, labour,
equipment, machines, water, electricity, and C.P.O.H. (Contractors Profit over Head). According
to the guidelines, The profit will be divided as 7.5% to the contractor and overhead (Li et 2017).

Over Heads
Overall estimate and cost of the project; for example, a contractor gets a project estimate of
about 100 billion. Based on the calculation, the overhead cost is about 7.5%, which means to
manage the construction needs (Li et 2017).

Primary Overheads Things

Primary things needed to pay attention to before obtaining the project. It is needed to mobilize a
few things first if the work is long term and it may take two or three years to complete. Does the
path is approachable to the site? Second is the site office for all the workers and staff members.
The third cost will include his corporate office in the city, lab testing, labour hutment, cement
store, Acc/Rent, transportation, staff salary, P.F. & E.S.I. for the company, Total station,
Maintenances cost (McShane et al., 2018).

Major Over Heads Things

Significant overhead listed as if these things are needed, Water treatment tanks due to the
government laws that cannot be used groundwater for construction. Tower cranes, Batching
Plant, T.M which will be used in the concrete mixture, Concrete pump, After storage tank,
Ambulance, Safety arrangements, Design mix third party testing, Material cummin hast/lift,
Security / Guard, Material store, Car policy/Insurance, Site Barry Cladding, N.G.T. guidelines,
all these considerations in the overhead section (McShane et al., 2018).
