Currently we are expanding our Information and IT security team and we are searching for an
IT Security Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

 Design, configure, implement and maintain all security platforms and their associated
software, such as firewalls (application and database), intrusion detection/intrusion
prevention systems, Endpoint Security, SIEM, DLP and other;
 Daily triage and update/resolution of tickets generated by the internal ticketing system
and respond to inbound phone and electronic requests for technical assistance;
 Provide periodic vulnerability testing, and lead remediation efforts;
 Coordinate and monitor log analysis for internal services;
 Execute security risk assessments for new systems and upgrades to determine impact
to information security;
 Participate in projects, follow project management methodology and demonstrate best-
practices in documentation as required;
 Liaise between internal business and technical teams;
 Participate and support internal and external technical audits.

Core Competences:

 Experience with security solutions (firewalls, SIEM, EDR, DLP, cryptography, etc.) and
other security networking hardware/software tools;

  Understanding of information security concepts, standards, practices, including but not
limited to firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection, TCP/IP and related protocols,
device monitoring and log management and event monitoring/reporting;
 Familiarity with general information security and auditing concepts such as encryption,
access controls, and software security;
 Strong organizational skill and ability to prioritize projects;
 Analytical and technical aptitude.

Qualifications:
 Preferred professional certification include: CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, SSCP, CEH, GIAC,
Security +, OSCP;
 Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred but not mandatory;
 Minimum of four years’ experience with information technology;
 Minimum of two years’ experience with information technology security;
 Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment;
 Advanced level of English.
