This is Osmond, a passionate railways engineer, working in the Riyadh-Dammam railway line in

Having visited your web site, my impression were of an organization that is dynamic and
constantly growing and looking for way to improve. I was especially delighted to learn that you
value your employees as your most valuable asset.

What am I bringing to the table?

As you may know, on-track machinery is a multi-discipline specialization. It requires unique
kind of people with special sets of skills and character traits, people who can understand the
interconnectivity between all the electrical and mechanical systems of track machines, and at the
same time, understand how those systems fit together to perform the track maintenance activities
from civil point of view. I pride myself to be one among those very few lucky ones.

In my current position, I have been required to conduct financial analysis, solve technical
difficulties (sometimes remotely), and implement process improvement to increase machines
availability and reduce maintenance cost. While taking into consideration all the external
factories that could hinder excellent operation and ultimately profitability. I apply comprehensive
methodology for continuous improvement of the operation and maintenance of on-track
machinery; yet I realize that it is people who ultimately deliver results, and I think we both agree
that building good relationship with peers and superiors based on trust and mutual appreciation
has always been fruitful.
