Who We Are

I am Andrew Seroogy, the owner of The Maintenance Shop of

Gladstone, Missouri.  I am proud of the business we have developed over the last two decades.  I
take great pride in providing highly expert auto repair and maintenance with friendly, helpful
and upbeat people.  My wife, Claire, and I are here in the shop every day helping our customers
and running the business.

What We Do
The Maintenance Shop is a local auto repair shop here in Gladstone, Missouri.  We ARE one of the
best auto repair shops around too.  Since our humble beginning we have added many automotive
services that now make us a full, complete auto repair shop.  Here’s a quick rundown of our
capabilities:

ABOUT ROSE AUTO REPAIR WORKSHOP
The Rose Auto Repair Workshop (RARWS) is an integrated Automobile Workshop in Mussafah,
Abu Dhabi, providing Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance services for light, medium
and heavy vehicles. It started off as a small workshop in 2004 and has now grown into an
organization through hard work and dedication.
RARWS provides quality service in Automobile Maintenance that is widely recognized in the
market. The Internal Quality Assurance guidelines are maintained with minimum deviations thus
making rarws one of the established workshops in the region.
The geniality of the staff and superiority of service at rarws has enabled customers to trust their
vehicles in our hands. This has facilitated the building of long term relationships with several of our
clients that include government organizations, multinational companies and individual customers.
RARWS comprises of a specialized team of Automobile Engineers, Mechanics, Denters/Panel
beaters, Spray Painters, A/C Mechanics & Auto Electricians that are competent and well trained. Our
technical personnel have had multi dimensional “Hands-on” experience in the maintenance of a wide
variety of vehicles, petrol or diesel, which include and are not limited to American, European,
Japanese, and Korean.
The rarws base and workshop facilities in Mussafah cover an area of 7,500 sq. ft. The workshop is
well equipped with modern equipments and tools to execute a vehicle output of approximately 650
vehicles per month.

Executive Summary As a company who is at the forefront of client service and quality in the motor
industry, there is only one place to go to, Motor & Diesel Tech. A place where passion meets
professionalism. For more than two decades, Motor & Diesel Tech has played a major role in the
Newcastle community. The business was established in 1996 by Janse Greyvenstein. His mission?
To provide Newcastillians with the best possible service. This once “small workshop”, boomed into a
flourishing business. This was achieved through his reputable workmanship and well trained,
dedicated staff. Then, in 2014, the now established business was bought over by Janse’s son,
Jannes. With a passion and flair for all things mechanical, Jannes continued to build on his father’s
already thriving business. Ensuring the Motor & Diesel Tech brand became synonymous with quality
within the industry. Jannes began working on vehicles at the young age of 16, learning from his
father, before going to study further and taking over the reins of the business. As the Managing
Director, with a qualification as petrol and diesel mechanic, he takes a hands on approach, this
ensures a high standard is kept at a constant. 1

THE TEAM The Motor & Diesel Tech team is highly qualified and always at the ready. With the team
always driving the industry forward, giving you piece of mind on quality and efficiency. Second
Mechanic. Grant Honneysett, who is a qualified petrol mechanic. He has a vast amount of
knowledge on Nissan vehicles, as he initially worked for Nissan as a technician. Administration
Manager. Marlize Greyvenstein Administrator. Chanelle Botma, does the office admin and acts as
the business’s Safety Officer. They welcome any and all questions which you might have, prior to
choosing Motor and Diesel Tech. With a highly trained team, this leading workshop is definitely the

Introduction

Workshop practice is a very vast one and it is very difficult for anyone to claim a
mastery over it. It provides the basic working knowledge of the production and
properties of different materials used in the industry. It also explains the use of
different tools, equipments, machinery and techniques of manufacturing, which
ultimately facilitate shaping of these materials into various usable forms. In general,
various mechanical workshops know by long training how to use workshop tools,
machine tools and equipment.
