Special equipment. Avarice carries a staff of frost with 10 charges, a

Icy Doom. When Avarice dies, her corpse freezes for 9 days, during
which time it can't be thawed, harmed by fire, animated, or raised from
the dead.
Dark One’s Blessing, when Avarice reduces a hostile creature to 0 hit
points, she gains 9 temporary hit points.
Sculpt Spells. Avarice can create pockets of relative safety within the
effects of her evocation spells. When she casts an evocation spell that
affects other creatures that she can see, she can choose a number of
them equal to 1 + the spell's level. The chosen creatures automatically
succeed on their saving throws against the spell, and they take no
damage if they would normally take half damage on a successful save.
Potent Cantrip. Avarice’s damaging cantrips affect even creatures that
avoid the brunt of the effect. When a creature succeeds on a saving
throw against her cantrip, the creature takes half the cantrip's damage (if
any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip.
Empowered Evocation. Avarice can add her Intelligence modifier
(minimum of +1) to the damage roll of any wizard evocation spell that
she casts. The damage bonus applies to one damage roll of a spell, not
multiple rolls.
Overchannel 1/day. Avarice can increase the power of her simpler
spells. When she casts a wizard spell of 5th level or lower that deals
damage and isn't a cantrip, she can deal maximum damage with that
spell.

Actions
Multiattack. Avarice can make two Melee attacks or she can cast two
cantrips.
Staff sword. Avarice uses the bottom half of her staff as a +2
longsword. +10 to hit on hit 1d10 +6 slashing damage + 2d6 cold
Damage.
Eldritch blast (2 beams). +10 to hit range 300 ft, on hit 1d10 cold
damage per beam. On hit the target is pushed back 10 feet.
Reactions
Banishing Rebuke (6 times per day). When Avarice is damaged by a
creature that she can see within 60 feet of her, she can banish that
creature to a frigid extradimensional prison for 1 minute. While there, the
creature is incapacitated and takes 5 (1d10) cold damage at the start of
each of its turns. At the end of each of its turns, the creature can make a
DC 14 Charisma saving throw, escaping the prison on a success and
reappearing in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that
space is occupied. A creature that dies in the prison is trapped there
indefinitely.
Legendary Actions

Cast a spell.(costs 2 actions) Avarice casts a spell of third level or
lower
Devilish Domination AKA Create Simp (costs two actions). All
humanoid creatures 10 feet away from Avarice must make a wisdom
saving throw against her Innate spell save DC or be magically charmed
by her. While charmed in this way you are madly infatuated with Avarice.
You cannot attack her and you regard her as a goddess that only means
the best for everyone and is doing what's necessary. Every turn you
must make a wisdom saving throw against her Innate spell save DC or
attack an ally that you can see. You see any enemy against her as a
threat and you would gladly throw your life away from her. On a success
you are freed from being charmed and are immune to being charmed in
this way for 24 hours. (you are only immune if you have been inflicted by
this condition and succeed the save. Not if you succeed on the throw
when she first uses this action)
