SUBSCRIPTION & STAR REWARDS

1. With the monthly $129 BOS.CLUB Plus+ Travel Smartship, the subscriber has a number of subscription
benefits including BD Dream Vacations.
2. For every month that you remain on the Travel Smartship, you get a loyalty Star Reward that can only be
redeemed towards a BD Dream Vacations trip. You will not get a Star Reward if you are not on the
BOS.CLUB Plus+ Travel Smartship subscription.
3. Earn a loyalty reward for every month that you are a subscriber
4. Each Star will remain valid for 12 months only from the date of issue.
5. The Stars Rewards are not purchasable. They are given as a reward for being a loyal BOS.CLUB Plus+
Travel Smartship subscriber.
6. You can use all or a part of your Star Rewards to pay for your trip.
Example: You have 4 Star Rewards.
Option 1: You can save more money and use all the Rewards to pay for your trip.
OR
Option 2 (mix & match): Use only some Star Rewards for your current trip and save the remaining for a
future trip.
7. Subscribers can access BD Dream Vacations website to view upcoming trips and other travel details.
(Ability to book travel will be available soon)

BUSINESS RULES
1. Being on the BOS.CLUB Plus+ Travel Smartship gives the subscriber 60BV. No further ECO
Commissions will be given to the subscriber.
2. BV will be applicable on the paid subscription only. Any additional cash paid to book a trip including but
not limited to mix & match cash payment and additional booking fee for fully paying guest will not
include BV.

TRAVEL RULES
1. Reserve your spot for any of the trips by paying a $99 Booking Fee (non-refundable) per person
(including your guest) per destination.
2. Prices of the trip are per person. Pricing includes hotel accommodation, meals, excursions
3. Apart from all costs included within the trip, your trips will not be inclusive of:
 Airfare
 Early check-in/check-out at the hotel
 Meals other than specified
 Any optional tours/activities
 Personal expenses
  Any other expense other than included cost
 Please check trip details on the BD Dream Vacations website to view all fares, facilities and activities
included for each trip.
4. The subscriber is allowed to bring 1 fully paying guest. Only adults above the age of 18 years are
allowed to travel.
5. Rooms provided are based on Double Occupancy (2 people allowed per room). Only 50 rooms will be
available per trip.
6. Payment for the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable
7. You are solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, any visas, other travel documents and verifying
and satisfying any entry requirements necessary for each country of travel on your selected tour
itinerary, including any required medical documents, testing, or proof of vaccinations (including any need
to show proof of full COVID-19 negative test report/vaccination), as ByDzyne is not responsible for
providing this information or documentation.
8. ByDzyne is not responsible and shall not be liable to any traveler for any destination-imposed travel or
entry requirement related to COVID-19, including but not limited to vaccination, testing, or other public
health requirements.
9. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your
lack of appropriate travel documents or failure to meet any required entry requirements, and are
therefore ineligible for any refund from ByDzyne. We recommend that you apply for any necessary visas
with a visa service.
10. To ensure the safety of all travelers, ByDzyne requires all attendees, (including your guest) to submit a
negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to your arrival. This also applies to anyone who may have
been vaccinated.
11. Please submit your test result through the Back Office by sending a Support Ticket.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. No Redemption: Members shall not be entitled to compensation in any other form in lieu of the travel
being availed and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
2. Terms & Conditions will prevail: In the event of any inconsistency between any publicly displayed
information such as marketing or promotional information, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. ByDzyne has the absolute discretion to disqualify a Member from eligibility in case of improper and
unfair use of BD Dream Vacations subscription. ByDzyne may also choose to hold, cancel, or refund
travels deemed improper or unfair. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information
provided, ByDzyne does not warrant that the information is error-free. We reserve the right to edit, add,
or remove content and/or rules as needed, without notice.
