to be my true and lawful General Attorney for me, in my name and on my behalf to do,
cause to be done, execute, and perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters
and things and to exercise and enjoy the following powers and rights in respect of

1. To attend, appear and represent me before all the Courts and Offices of the
Karachi Development Authority, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Office of the
__________________ Co-operative Housing Society Limited Karachi, Karachi
Co-operative Housing Societies Union Ltd. Ministry of Housing & Works
Karachi/Islamabad, D.C.O. Offices, Union & Town Council Offices, Mukhtiarkar
of Karachi, City Survey Department, Board of Revenue, Sindh Building Control
Authority, Town Planning Authority, Water and Sewerage Management Board,
Karachi Electric Supply Company, Sui-Gas Company, Telephone Departments,
Excise and Taxation Departments, Income Tax Departments, Government or
Semi-Government Departments, Civil or Criminal Courts of Law, Revenue and
Registration and all other relevant and competent authorities, departments, bodies,
builders, banks, tribunals, corporations, etc., whenever required for the
performance of entire affairs of management, possession, registration and disposal
of my said Property in my name and on my behalf.
3. To sign for the execution of Sub-License No. 2 Form-A and 99 Years Lease
Form-B of my said property before concerned Sub-Registrar on my behalf.

4. To appear and represent me before all authorities and bodies concerned in respect
of my said property and to take physical peaceful possession thereof together with
Allotment Order, Possession Order, Acknowledgement of Possession, Site Plan,
Transfer Order, 99 Years Lease Form-B/Form-C, Sub-Lease Deed or Duplicates
thereof.
6. To apply for the approval of the Proposed Building Plan to all the relevant
authorities and bodies authorized to sanction approval of the building plan for
construction, Demolition Permission, addition, alterations, modifications,
Sub-Division, Amalgamation and obtain Approved Building Plan, Completion
Plan / Regularization / Occupancy Certificate from KBCA/SBCA, KDA, CDGK,
MPGO and other relevant authorities for my said property.
7. To sign and verify all plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, appeals,
reviews, objections, and to file, institute or defend all cases, proceedings, suits and
to pursue such matters, to compromise, compound, withdraw or refer to arbitration
such legal proceedings as my Attorney may deem fit and proper at his own
discretion.
8. To make payment of all dues, premiums, occupancy value, ground rents, taxes,
outstanding, liabilities etc., directly to the authorities concerned and obtain valid
receipt thereof.
9. To file and institute cases and proceedings of whatsoever nature against any
person or party in proper Court of Law and obtain valid decree and get the same
executed according to law.

10. To look-after, manage, control, supervise and use my said property personally or
to let out the same as a whole or any portion thereof to the Tenant or Tenants and
collect rents advance or otherwise or any other amounts to issue valid and proper
receipts, and to eject the Tenants from the property, to apply for and obtain No-
objection Certificate, Clearance Certificates etc., whenever required in connection
with the entire affairs of my said property.
11. To sell, gift, charge, exchange, grant, convey, assign, encumber, transfer or
dispose of my said property under any terms and conditions to any person or
persons and to receive sale consideration thereof, issue valid and proper receipt
and submit or present the sale transaction before the Sub-Registrar concerned and
admit execution thereof and to collect Registered documents from the authorities,
to execute and sign Sale Agreement, Sub-License No. 2 Form-A, 99 Years Lease
Form-B, Renewal of 99 Years Lease Form-B, Sub-Lease Deed, Sale Deed,
Conveyance Deed, Release Deed, Relinquishment Deed, Revocation Deed,
Redemption Deed, Deed of Rectification, Surrender Deed and Deed of Addenda
etc., in my name and on my behalf.
12. To execute Sale Deed in his own favour in respect of my said property.
13. To appoint or remove at pleasure any Sub-Attorney or Agent for my said property
and for such purpose to delegate all or any of the powers and rights vested by me
on him. To engage, appoint or remove at pleasure any Advocates, Pleaders,
Agents, Substitutes, Practitioners for my said property and to sign such
Vakalatnamas or such other documents enumerated hereinabove.
I hereby agree and undertake to allow, ratify, and confirm all and whatsoever is lawfully
done or caused to be done by my Attorney or any of his nominees by virtue of the powers
hereby given.
