 Observes personal safety protocol to avoid dehydration, overexertion, hypo- and hyperthermia during MVPA
participation.
 Analyzes physiological indicators such as heart rate, rate of perceived exertion and pacing associated with
MVPAs t to monitor and/or adjust participation or effort.
