exercises. Add baseline data (can be a preliminary survey) on the reason of elderly
to engage in fitness dance exercises
2. Suggested title: DANCE FITNESS EXERCISES ON ELDERLY EMOTIONAL AND
PHYSICAL WELL-BEING: A LIVED EXPERIENCE
3. Cite your own experience on the actual scenario with the elderly and cite the gap
which prompted you to undertake this study
4. Shorten the intro and omit those not necessary citations or discussions. Limp
important discussion and limit to 2 pages only.
5. Cite specific theory related to your study and can be used as backbone of the
realization of this study. Connect your theory to the parameters of the study
specifically on the physical and emotional aspect
6. You may exclude the physical and emotional aspect and focus on the general
thought of Well-being or make use of the term “Aspect” instead of well-being
7. Include the process flow of analyzing the data indicating the variables
8. Do not generalize questions
9. Use the term Participants not respondents
10. Be consistent on the use of terminologies and the sequence they appear in the
paper.
11. Add significance of the study and observe proper sequencing of target benefactors
of the result of your study
12. Define terms properly and observe proper citations.
13. Follow correct formatting and Check each part of the paper to be discussed.
14. Gather more RRL on physiological and atonomical benefits of dance exercises.
15. Observe recency of the citations. Observe thematic presentations of literature

1. FOR PRE-ORAL/ FINAL DEFENSE: INTEGRATE all the suggestions of the

panels and ROUTE the compliance personally (to avoid delays) to the panel
members prior to the conduct of the study/ for binding.

Likewise, the paper will undergo an anti- plagiarism test before the final defense.
At least 85% originality must be attained by the manuscript before a certificate will
be given.
4. FOR FINAL DEFENSE: Requirements for the final defense:
a. Data Center Certification (Authenticity Certification and Plagiarism Results)
b. Application for final defense
c. Copy of the enrollment form (For students who have been enrolled in thesis
or dissertation writing for more than one (1) year).
