Purpose: Exhibit A is being offered to prove that Petitioner and Respondent were
married. Exhibit B,C and D are offered to prove that petitioner and respondent
had children.

Purpose: To prove the circumstances prior and during the marriage of the
petitioner and respondent that shows respondent’s psychological incapacity. To

Purpose: To prove that her mother was suffering from the marriage

incapacitated to assume her marital obligation and said incapacity is found
to be incurable.

Purpose: To prove that her mother was suffering from the marriage
to his father. To prove also the circumstances that her

towards his family. To prove that as collaborating
witness, she witnessed the circumstances of the
relationship of the petitioner and respondent and to
substantiate the testimony of the petitioner that
respondent is suffering from psychological incapacity.
