Job Title VP / AVP Level

Reporting to CFO

Job Role &  To nurture and expand relationship with Financial Institutions, Banks, Credit rating
Responsibility agencies
 Follow up and engage with banks/FIs for information requirement, resolution of
queries and follow-up on proposals for fund raising with lenders.
 Ensuring timely compliance and monitoring of covenants agreed with various
lenders
 Ensuring timely servicing of loans/borrowings of the company.
 Maintaining borrowings MIS, ensuring reporting of information to lenders within
timelines. Preparation and submission of projected financials, cash flows, ratio’s and
CMA data to banks
 To evaluate develop and implement cash management systems to optimize
efficiencies
 Ensuring compliances with all NBFC Guidelines issued by RBI including filing
various required returns
 Cashflow management and forecasting (daily cashflows, based on inputs received
from internal teams about inflows and outflows; preparation of projected cashflows
of the company)
 Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital
investment requirements
 Deployment of surplus funds in Fixed deposits, Mutual funds effectively.
 Preparation and regular updation of Business Plan with due consultation with CFO
and Top Management
 Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills
 Managing credit rating of the Company for credit facilities with banks
 Monitor and manage the investments, update MIS for accurate reporting and make
appropriate recommendations to the CFO and top management of the company.
 Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of
control over treasury activities
 Independently handle assignments relating to raising capital by borrowers in the
form of various instruments like Commercial papers, NCDs, CCDs, CCPS and other
similar instruments.
 Coordinate with the various finance, legal and compliance teams to structure and
negotiate, closure of transaction along with drafting, vetting and review of the
transaction documents.
 Managing all operational needs for banking operational requirements (including
opening bank accounts, setting up net banking, arranging statements etc as and when
required)
 Ensuring transaction documents are in order
 Liaison with Rating agencies for information requirement and query resolution. 
 Resolving audit queries

Job  Ability to liaise and build rapport within the organization as well as with external
requirement/Skills stakeholders, problem solving skills, communication skills, positive attitude.
 Relationship development skills
 Experience in treasury management, understanding of NBFC regulations 
 MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point
Educational MBA/ CA
qualifications
Experience 7-10 years relevant experience
Salary As per industry standards
