Unit 2: Lesson 4 – Eating Out

A. SPEAKING PRACTICE: List healthy and unhealthy food to perform a short speaking
giving recommendations about healthy and unhealthy food that we have and don’t have to
consume.

Healthy: vegetables, fruits, avocado, carrot, Apple, banana, corn, broccoli, grapes, almond,
lettuce, yogurt, tofu.

Unhealthy: french fries, ice cream, mayonnaise, burgers, pizza, candys, fried chicken, cookies,

 The human being needs to eat enough fruit during the day.
 If your favorite food is a chocolate bar, eat a smaller piece or only half a bar
 People with diets rich in vegetables and fruits have a significantly lower risk of
obesity, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer.

PRACTICING WHAT HAS BEEN LEARNED: Let’s prepare a healthy dinner for my family,
remember to use the ingredients that you have at home.
B. List the ingredients:

C. Write the preparation

First we cook the yucca with a pinch of salt, then the onion
and coriander are cut very small, we grate the cheese, we wait
for the yucca to be cooked, we remove the yucca and remove the
excess water, we put all the ingredients and mix, until making
a dough consistent with the yucca we put butter and oil,
finally we put a frying-pan over low heat and put small balls
the yucca dough until they are golden on both sides, to finish
we serve with a salad and juice of your choice.
