Introduction to ELECTRONICS CIRCUITS TRAINER IT-2000

IT-2000 Basic Electronics Training System is a comprehensive and self-contained system


suitable for everyone engaged in basic electronics experiments. All necessary equipments
for analog experiments such as AC & DC power supply, signal generator, voltmeter and
amperemeter are installed on the main unit. All modules allows students to connect many
types of experiments in the field of analog electronics. It is a time and cost saving device
for students and researchers interested in developing and testing circuit prototypes.

FAMILIARIZATION WITH ELECTRONICS CIRCUITS TRAINER

Function Generator:
Function generator can generate frequency upto 100KHz in 5 Steps. Connect
Oscilloscope probe to OUT pin and vary Frequency and Amplitude of the selected
waveform.

Waveform can be changed using Shape Selector Knob


Frequency can be varied using Frequency Selector Knob
TTL waveform of the same frequency can be observed at TTL pin

FIX Supply DC
Turn the power of the trainer ON
Verify the voltage mentioned on the trainer with voltmeter.
Voltmeter with respect to ground should read value: +5V, +12V and -12V

Variable Supply DC
Keep the voltmeter Range knob to 20V for following verification
Connect Digital Voltmeter + and - pins given on trainer to:
0 ~ +25V and 0V respectively and verify the voltage by varying Adjust knob
0 ~ -25V and 0V respectively and verify the voltage by varying Adjust knob

FIX Supply AC
Connect Oscilloscope at 2V and 0V to Verify AC Voltage
Connect Oscilloscope at 12V and 0V to Verify AC Voltage
Connect Oscilloscope at 15V and 0V to Verify AC Voltage
