Place of Meeting

The meeting of Calista Hijab was conducted on Monday, 23 June 2021, at 10 a.m. in

the Main Meeting Room. The meeting was request by Cik Nur Fateha binti Faizal.

Chairman’s Address

The Chairman thanked everyone for coming and expressed his satisfaction with the

participation.

Minutes of the Last Meeting

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved with no changes and were

seconded by all the staff.

Matters Arising

Hiring new employees. Cik Eza Zafira recommended that the company hire more

full-time employees. New employees will assist the company in increasing the product’s

production quantity and fulfilling customer demand on the market.

Quality of products. For the new design, Cik Nur Diana suggested that the company

to using high-quality materials. The application, such as soft and smooth materials, will

make others feel more comfortable and attract customers to buy it. As a result, the
company is able to stay competitive and relevant in the marketplace and market the product

more broadly.

Any Other Business

Cik Farah Nurbalqis stated that the company had profited RM18000 for 5 Days at the

Persada International Convention Center following Mood Republik Fest.

The next meeting has been scheduled on Monday, 5 July 2021, at 10 a.m. in Main

Meeting Room.

The Chairman thanked all the staff for their cooperation and the meeting was

adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
