Introduction
Stress is a main source of problems being faced by the students during their academic
carrier when they are struggling to get the academic achievements for their future life. Academic
pressure is one of the factors that cause failure among the students. Stress is the response of
mental and action through hormonal signaling, the perception of danger set offs an automatic
response system, known as the fight or flight response. Commonly stress refers to two things, the
psychological perception of pressure, on the one hand, and the body’s response to it, on the
other, which involves multiple system, from breakdown to muscles to memory. Stress is a lot of

There are things that causing students stress; First, upcoming tests. Many students worry
about getting a good grade or simply making time to study if there is more than one upcoming
test. Second, too much homework. When your child is overwhelmed or frustrated by homework.
Third, a heavy workload. This is especially common for older high school students as they start
making their post-secondary plans. Next, poor sleep schedule. Not getting enough sleeps makes
it difficult for students to concentrate and learn effectively. Lastly, participating in class. For
many students, the thought of getting called in class and speaking in front of their classmates can
be terrifying.

For many young adults, school is the best time of life. These critical years can also be
undermined by depression, anxiety, and stress. Students are very likely to experience some or
many stressors which may test their ability to cope: Adapting to a new environment, balancing a
heavy workload, making new friends, becoming more independent, and dealing with myriad of
other issues.
