    Dear Sir or Madam,

    Knowing what a good reputation your hotel has, my family decided to stay in your hotel in our summer
    vacation to London. I am writing this letter to make a reservation of Family Room, including 1 King & 2
    Single in your hotel for a week. This reservation is to be under my name. I shall be arriving with my
    family, comprising my husband, Mr. Wong Xin and our three kids ages three, three and five.

    I will arrive on Monday 3 of August at 2:00 am and we will leave on Sunday 9 of August at 12:00 am.

    We would prefer a room near beach
