Agree with own : Bus services (Candidate A)

Good afternoon my fellow friend and examiner. We are here to focus on the issue at
hand which is the campus facilities need to improve. Personally, I think that the bus service
is a facility that need to be improved. This is because, the school bus often arrives an hour
late will cause students to arrive late for class. I received a lot of students to complain this
kind of matter because this matter will affect students who wake up early to take the bus,
causing students lack of sleep and cannot focus on the class. This is the big problem for
student so it needs to be solved.
Besides that, the bus driver is not good at driving skills, which will affect the safety of
students. This is because many drivers are rush off work or need some time to rest so they
will run through the traffic lights. This problem is the most serious problem because this will
affect the safety of student. According to national statistics, the case of ignoring traffic rules
have increased by 25 percent compare to the last year. In conclusion this is my reasons why
bus service is need to improve. So how about your opinion candidate B.
 2. Agree with own : Information Technology facilities (candidate b)
From my point of view, I think that information technology facilities are very important and
needed to be improve the most. This is because information technology facilities with good
WIFI connection can enable us to access educational information in a quicker and more
convenient way. As an example, they may do their assignment or some research when they
are free in the school. This may save them some time to finish other works. However, I
received that many students that don’t have data plans complaints about the WIFI
connection is too weak for them to gather the information in the internet. This causes them
unable to have a proper discussion about assignment in the school because they couldn’t
get enough information. They also cannot update the school news as fast as possible due to
the loading eaten too much time.
Other than that, we need to hurry and improved the information technology facilities
because many students who required specific software couldn’t finish their assignment on
time. For instants, specific software is necessary for design course or construction course. To
deal with the problem, the school should upgrade the system and update the latest version
of these APP so that they can satisfied with the information technology facilities that
provided.

3. Disagree with candidate b : Information Technology service (candidate C)

 Sorry to say that, I am afraid I can’t accept your opinion, Candidate B which is
Information Technology facilities is the most need to be improved in our campus. However,
from my point of view,
Agree with own : Food services
I think that the most essential to be improved in our campus is food service. We
received many complaints from students and staff about food hygiene in our campus. Some
of them mentioned they used to suffer food poisoning due to the bad hygiene of food in
canteen. This may because of the undercooked of food and some of them even found that
cockroach or fly in the food provided by school’s canteen. It is a serious case concern with
the health of students. So, the canteen’s staffs are advised to manage their work such as
concentrate on cooking and not busy at chopping vegetables at the same time to make sure
food can cook thoroughly. Besides, the canteen’s staff also required to cover the dishes by
food cover.
Next, we also received complaint from students who are vegetarian about the food
service in school. They said that there are no food stalls or shop were setting up for
vegetarians in canteen. So, this brings trouble to them to have their meals in canteen
especially when they have a packed schedule or timetable. They need to prepare their own
meals in the early morning or have their meals when they are free at outside of campus. So,
I think that as a committee member of Student Council, I will suggest to improve the food
service of our school by setting up stalls for vegetarians’ food.

4. Agree with own : sport facilities (candidate d)

 I’m sorry but I disagree with candidate c’s opinion that food service needs to be
improved because I feel that the sports facilities in the campus needs to be improve
more than food services. In my opinion, if I was a committee member of the Student
Council, one of the campus facilities that I think needs to be improved is sports
facilities. For a student who likes sports,I think that a lot of sports equipment in the
campus are old and some are even unusable therefore If I were a committee
member, I would propose regular maintenance and updating of these sports
equipment and venues. Furthermore, I also think there are some less popular sport
such as dodge ball ,squash , frisbee , etc. that are often ignored by the campus and
some of these sports equipment can’t even be found in campus. As a result, I
consider that the sports facilities in the campus required the most improved. So,
does anyone agree with me?

5. Agree with candidate c : food services (candidate A)

I’m afraid I’m not really convinced by your opinion, candidate D. This is because not
every student is passion in sport but they more focus on the academic part. Students
who busy with their complicated coursework will not have extra time for them to
enjoy sport facilities in campus.so I will prefer candidate C, food services than
candidate D. I think the food services need to be improved, this is because food is a
basic human need so the clean food is very important to students. Normally, people
need to eat three meals a day so that need to eat well for keep the body healthy.
When we eat well and sleep better, we will have more energy and better
concentration for a day. On the other hand, some vegetarians are not allowed to eat
meat, which causes a lot of trouble for vegetarians. So, when the school canteen
have vegetarian food, it will help vegetarians a lot. What do you think of this,
candidate B.

6. Agree candidate C: Food services (candidate B)

Wow, I see eye to eye with Candidate A & C on this issue. They have a good point
that food service is indeed the one which need the most improvement than the
other. Other than the reason that they mentioned, it reminds me that many
students grumble about the less variety of food in the canteen. Due the cheap price
compared to outside restaurant, some student who want to save some money are
forcefully to eat in school canteen but it doesn’t suit their taste. To think of that, we
must immediately improve the menu quickly as food is our basic to gain energy. At
the same time, they won’t lose their appetite and leads to healthy problems.
How about u, candidate C do you agree with me?
 7. agree with own : Food services (candidate C)
Yeah , I still stand at my point which is food service are more necessary to be
improved. As candidate A was saying just now, food is necessary goods for human so
food service is important to be improved as Student Council had received complaint
from student. Students who complaint said that the business hours of the canteen
are not match with their schedule. Some of the students who had late night study
class which is until 8 o’clock or 9 o’clock can’t have their meals at night on campus.
So, they need to spend their time outside campus to have their meals. This brings
trouble to them especially for them who didn’t had transportation on campus. So,
the canteen should improve to add-on their business hours to bring benefits for the
student.

8. Accept candidate C’s opinion : food service (candidate d)

After listening to your opinions, I feel I was persuaded. Indeed, the food service
in the campus is more necessary to be improved because I agree that except for
classes, school canteen is a place where students often go. Moreover, the student in
the college mostly are in adolescence. During adolescence, food Is very important for
the growth of students so the canteen should prepare enough and different food for
the student.

Candidate D: Well, after listening to all the points on the four choices we have, I think it is
time to make a conclusion.In a nutshell, we all agree that food service in the campus needs
the most improvement because food is indispensable for us and the hygiene and quality
improvement of food service in the campus is very important for students. Thankyou.
