Product Features

• Metallic or soft sealing

• Face to face to EN 558-1, basic series 48 (DIN 3202, F6)
• Final inspection test to EN 12266 (DIN 3230 part 4)

Materials

• Body and disk of cast iron EN - JL 1040 (GG-25)

Corrosion Protection

• Soft sealing version

- inside and outside epoxy-coating
• Metallic sealing version
- inside and outside synthetic resin varnish

Field of Application

• Max. operating temperature for neutral fluids:

- soft sealing version up to 50°C
- metallic sealing version up to 120°C
• Also applicable for horizontal and vertical pipelines (flow bottom-up)

Alternatives

• Type AL soft sealing (rubber/ss), with lever and weight

• Type AL metallic sealing (ss/ss), with level and weight
• Type IL metallic sealing (ss/ss), with inside shaft

Safety information

• Version with lever and weight requires a protection shield (on request)
