I am the ‘Products & Solutions Development’ team leader at Siemens Technology & Services. I
am pleased to recommend Abhijeet Anand for the MS in [ Program Name ] from [name of
university]. I have known him for around 2 years.

Abhijeet joined a team of 7 people which eventually grew to 17. He started with front-end
development and gradually expanded to backend development, load testing, AWS and cloud.
During a span of 2 years, he has worked with several technologies including Angular 8, NodeJs,
Python, AWS, terraform, Docker, Cypress and others. His continuous contribution towards
enhancing user experience was very evident. Moreover, his ability to handle situations, and
work with critical deadlines impressed me. His optimistic approach towards problem solving is
the reason behind his overall development. Finishing his tasks on or before deadlines is one of
his key attributes. Besides regular work, he has the responsibility of multiple organization level
initiatives, few of them being toastmasters club, table tennis tournaments, team activities etc.

Abhijeet is a self motivated person, and doesn’t shy away from taking up any challenging task.
He continuously works upon improving his technical abilities through involving himself in various
trainings like Angular, GoLang, Python, Agile, Machine Learning and others. Being a public
speaker, he has bagged many speech competitions like Humorous speech competition
(2019/2020), International speech competition(2020) amongst others. He has undertaken
several training and certifications in the field of data science and machine learning, such as
Machine Learning by Stanford University at Coursera, Data Science with Python at Udemy, and
a 4 day Python training provided by Siemens. Abhijeet has done his 45 days industrial training
conducted by Skillfinity at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore where he developed a car
infotainment system in a team of 4.

He is the winner of ‘Designathon’ (2018), a national level UI/UX Design competition. Abhijeet
developed an ingenious app during the hackathon which focuses on providing ease to current
tedious commissioning processes using ‘Artificial Intelligence and Augmented reality’. He is an
active member of toastmasters club, and thereby has enhanced his communication and
leadership skills through regular meetings and participation in several competitions. I am aware
that he is a good table tennis player, both singles and doubles, and has won various
tournaments.

Abhijeet, being a punctual and sincere candidate, was a great asset to the organization. I
believe he is a well rounded individual, and has a keen interest in deriving analytical solutions.
The graduate program in [ Program Name] will equip him with conventional tools required to
succeed in the workplace. I strongly recommend Abhijeet for the concerned graduate program.
