Assistant Director for Human Resources
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group
66 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LA, United Kingdom

Dear Ms. Raasch,

I am writing in response to the open job application of Front-of-House Manager. As I am highly skilled in being a
leader due to my background, I know that I am a perfect fit for the role. I possess the skills needed to become a
good Front-of-House Manager. I received a formal education in one of the top hospitality schools in the
Philippines, Lyceum of The Philippines University-Manila with the course being Bachelor of Science in International
Hospitality Management with Specialization in Cruise line Operations Major in Hotel Services and graduated with a
1.25 GPA.

As a Front-of-House Manager, one of its requirements is the capability to lead and supervise a team. As shown in
my requirements, I possess the leadership skills your team needs. I am well versed in leading and coordinating with
a team. Its job is to direct the team on what job they are assigned for the day, and I am a perfect fit for the role. I
also have experience being a Front-of-House because of my past internships being a Front Desk Associate and
Hotel Receptionist. I also experienced being a Banquet Server at a country club, so I am well-aware of how
operations go.

I am confident that I have all the experience and skills needed to become a perfect fit for the job I am applying for.
I have acquired people, communication, and leadership and hospitality skills needed to improve the guest
satisfaction in your hotel.

I am extending my sincerest gratitude for considering my application. Please let me know if you have any more
additional information needed. I look forward to hearing from you and your amazing team.

Sincerely,

Chericka Anne Peralta
