I am writing to outline the skills, knowledge and expertise I have gained within the customer service industry
and the commitment I have to delivering an exceptional customer service at all times, whilst adhering to set

I am an extremely hard working, highly self motivated and driven individual. As you will note from my
enclosed CV, I have been working as a telephone operator and Hostess at Yassat Gloria Hotel since 2013,
where I am responsible for meeting / greeting guests, showing them to their tables and advising on menu
choices. In addition, I make sure that all orders are delivered within set timeframes and to a high quality
standard and take payments.

Problem resolution is part of my role and if I am unable to help, I escalate the same to a relevant member of
staff. I also gained valuable experience as Guest Relation Officer and Front Office staff for a period of three
months for the same hotel. This role involved escorting guests to the ballrooms, meeting rooms and guest
rooms as well as maintaining accurate record details. Other experience has also been gained as a
Receptionist, Sales Associate and within packing.

I am also highly qualified and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Professional development is very important to me and as such I have undertaken a wealth of course,
including Food Safety & Sanitation, Bar Exposure, Hotel Operations and Human Resources Management,
among others. Throughout my experiences to date, I have developed a wealth of transferable skills,
including exceptional time management, organisation, planning and communication.

Committed to delivering an exceptional customer service whilst adhering to set deadlines, targets and
business objectives when working as a receptionist,telephone operator and hostess. Works well on own
initiative with a high level of self responsibility and plays an instrumental role within a successful and
