Capable of managing a project manager position independently, I have
a perfect command of customer service as I have been working in this
field for over 10 years. I am very skilled with office software,
telephone reception, administrative processing, project planning
tools, customer management, supervision of several groups of agents
and the various tasks related to this position.

During my previous professional experiences, I had the opportunity to

develop my sense of contact and my taste for challenge. Thus, I am
able to be efficient and enterprising in all my functions, whether it is
to manage the customer relationship itself, to lead negotiations or to
ensure the follow-up of my customer portfolio.

I am now looking for a stimulating work environment in which I will be

able to take on new responsibilities. Joining your company would
allow me to evolve in a field that corresponds to me and thus, to give
a new impulse to my professional career.

With a master's degree in project management and a bachelor's

degree in business administration, I have acquired many skills in
organizational management. These acquisitions offer me today a good
general culture and a relational ease.
Versatile, I know how to adapt to very diverse environments.
Additional training and multiple stays abroad have also enabled me to
acquire a good level of language, I am particularly fluent in English
and French. My skills also appear through my sense of organization and
teamwork.
