School-based In-Service Training
May 26-28, 2021
RATIONALE:
To ensure that teachers give focus on their work towards the achievement of
DepEd mission, vision, and values, a training workshop on RPMS-PPST Alignment
Roll-out to implement a strategy for continuous individual and professional
development, and to strengthen the work culture, performance, and accountability of
teachers will be realized with the participation of the administration and teaching
staff. This is aimed to fall on May 26-28, 2021.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To review or discuss the importance of RPMS and its phases;

2. Disseminate and orient teachers on the use of RPMS tools;
3. Resolve issues and concerns on RPMS implementation; and
4. Upgrading and alignment of standardized quality performance of teachers
per indicator thru RPMS-PPST.
EXPECTED OUTPUT:
Each participant must:

1. Prepare a lesson plan following the indicators in the upgraded RPMS-PPST tool;
2. A teaching demonstration per teacher by department

The guest speakers are expected to do a lecture training strategy. The

teachers are likewise expected to upgrade and align their teaching performance
through the RPMS-PPST tool.
DATE AND VENUE
This three-day training is targetted on dates May 26-28, 2021, and will be held
at the New Social Hall observing one-meter distance of chairs and other necessary
health protocols.
