STUDENT’S SCRIPT
Instructions
1. Fill in the following information on your Multiple Choice answer sheet using a 2 HB
pencil only:
- Name
- School’s Name and Code
- Student’s Number
- Date of Birth
- Subject
3. A sentence or a short passage will be read to you. You will be required to either
match a picture or choose a written answer based on what is read to you.
4. Listen carefully and select the correct answer from the four choices A, B, C and D.
5. Record your answers on the Multiple Choice answer sheet provided by shading in the
letter selected corresponding to the question.
6. If you must change your answer, erase your first answer completely, and then shade
your new answer.
7. Do not:
- write anything on the top and sides of these sheets with a pencil or a pen
- staple
- punch holes
- bend the corners
- tear
- make stray marks on the answer sheet
