FACILITATE LEARNING SESSION

1. Introduce yourself
2. Checking of attendance
3. Orient trainees on the following
 Institution or Training Center Profile
 Ten Principles of CBT
 Role of Trainer and Trainee
 Discuss the use of CBLM
 Workshop and its stations

4. Conduct Pre-assessment
 Pre test should be given right away after orientation
 Remember to discuss RPL and Performance Criteria Checklist before
distribution of modules

5. Assign trainees to their respective workstations have them enrolled to the module
assignment and for record purposes borrower’s logbook should be
accomplished. Then distribute handouts to the trainees.
6. Monitor activities continuously and provide with feedback.
7. Fill up progress chart.
8. Conduct post test.
9. Evaluate session by giving Session Evaluation Form to the trainees.

Note:

 It is important that you have presence of mind.


 Sequence of discussion or demonstration must be shown while presenting.
 All the materials needed in demonstration must be ready to facilitate the training.
 Do not use props, instead use the actual learning tools/materials.

Areas for Improvement:

 Self confidence
 Use power point presentation in a sequence base on the criteria checklist.
 Eye to eye contact while discussing the topic.
 Utilize the electronic media while presenting power point.
 Loud and clear voice.
