Describe yourself in 3 short sentences in term of:

a. Physical Self
I am 4"11 which makes me look short and I'm petite, that's why they often call me
as a "grade school student" or "cute size". The features of myself make me look fierce
especially I have a thick eyebrow that looks like an inverted check. Also, I have a natural
tone of morena and some people mock me for having dark skin but still, I don't have
plans to change it.

b. Sexual Self
I am open to learning and voicing out my thoughts in terms of sexual matters,
and it astonished me to discover the different sexuality of other people. Meanwhile, I am
mindful about my body as a woman, I appreciate and understand the changes in me and
my differences with other people. I give the same respect to other people the way I
respect myself and my own body.

c. Material & Economical Self

I am not a materialistic person but when other people give something to me I will
highly appreciate it. I grow up as a not privileged person so I need to work hard and find
a way to get something I need and want. With that, I learned how to appreciate the small
things and non-material things because it doesn't cost anything but it is priceless.

d. Spiritual Self

It is important to take care of my spiritual self that's why sometimes I do reflect on

my life by doing journals and meditations. Also, I engage myself in nature because for
me it calms me spiritually. Since I don't consider myself a religious person so I always
connect myself to nature.

e. Political Self
I am an active advocate of anti-bad governance. I keep on sharing my thoughts
about the issues and news politically. Moreover, when I am researching the government
and how it works.

f. Digital Self

During this time, my generation is the most active digitally but I am personally not
that engaged in different gadgets because I prefer the traditional one. I am not updated
on the latest trends in technologies, but I know how to use the basic ones. The online
class is a big struggle for me because I can't focus when I am in front of a gadget and I
prefer holding a hard copy rather than scrolling into a pdf.
