2019 DISTRICT KINDERGARTEN (SMART KIDDIE) FESTIVAL OF TALENTS (KFOT)

(Public Schools)

TO: ALL SCHOOL HEADS

KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS

1. In consonance to Division Memo No. 85 s. 2015 RE: 2019 DIVISION KINDERGARTEN

(SMARTKIDDIE) FESTIVAL OF TALENTS (KFOT) (Public Schools), the district shall conduct
the 2019 DISTRICT KINDERGARTEN (SMART KIDDIE) FESTIVAL OF TALENTS (KFOT)
(Public Schools) in celebration of the National Children’s Month with the theme “ Karapatang
Pambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan” to be held at
Cabatuan West Central School on Thursday 21 November, 2019, hosting to be borne by Macalaoat
Elementary School.

2. The activity aims to:

a. develop autonomy among children as they engage in various activities
b. provide opportunities for learning through socialization
c. develop camaraderie, sportsmanship and love for learning
d. promote further the institutionalization of a child friendly environment; and
e. empower children as right holders and duty bearers

3. The contested activities are as follows:

4. The champion in each contested event shall be the official entry of the district in the LD3 Level
Competition.

5. A registration fee of Php 15.00 chall be charged to pupil contestants and teacher coaches to defray
incidental cost of the activity.
6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
