like-minded entities– Phil. Council of Evangelical Churches
(PCEC), The Master’s Lighthouse Foundation, Inc. (TMLF),
Faith in Government (FIG) of Oxford, UK, et al.
 Established on 21 Oct 1989 and registered with the SEC
since 04 April 1991.
 A Donee Institution accredited with the BIR & PCNC
(Philippine Council for NGO Certification).
 Accredited Learning & Development Institution (ALDI) of
the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
