    CT CHEST HIGH RESOLUTION (HRCT)
    TECHNIQUE:
    Limited unenhanced axial sections were acquired through chest according to low dose high resolution
    departmental protocol.

    CLINICAL INDICATION: Post COVID infection.

    FINDINGS:
    Using appropriate lung window settings, multiple areas of irregular interstitial septal thickening and
    peripheral subpleural reticulations are noted bilaterally with relative sparing of the apical segments of
    upper lobes. Subtle associated patchy ground glass haze is also noted .
    Mild traction bronchiectasis is also noted.
    Findings are sequelae of already known COVID-19 infection. Requires clinical correlation and comparison
    with prior imaging.

    No major collapse noted.


    No gross mass lesion seen.
    No pleural effusion or pneumothorax on either side.
    No gross thoracic lymphadenopathy identified.

    On appropriate bone window settings, early degenerative changes are noted in the spine.

    IMPRESSION:
    Above described findings are sequelae of already known COVID-19 infection. Requires clinical correlation
    and comparison with prior imaging.
