    Loss of lung volume seen on right side with fibrocystic changes seen in right upper zone with ipsilateral
    hilar retraction and mediastinal shift..
    Patchy infiltrates are also identified in right upper zone.
    Cardiac silhouette is with in normal limits
    Both costophrenic angles are sharp.
    Visualized bones grossly unremarkable.
     
    CONCLUSION:

    Findings are suggestive of acute on chronic pulmonary infection, needs clinical and lab correlation and
    HRCT chest for further evaluation
