Mri Brain/IGS/Neuronavigation-Contrast 30N

History: Known case of Breast cancer since 2021 with multiple brain metastasis. Right sided
limb weakness unable to walk and stand . 06 sessions of chemotherapy done in march 2023.
Now on oral chemotherapy.

Report:
Broad based extra axial markedly enhancing mass lesion is visualized adjacent to left side of
falx ---measuring about 31 x 20 x 28 mm ( AP x TR x CC) . It is surrounded by marked
degree of edema and minimally compressing lateral ventricles with evidence of midline shift
for about 04 mm to the right side[ possibility of meningioma is less likely because of amount
of edema ]. Another smaller enhancing lesion is visualized in the left side of body of corpus
callosum posteriorly measuring about 06 x 06 x 04 mm. No significant area of diffusion
restriction is visualized and no lesion is detected on GRE images. Posterior fossa and CP
angles looks normal. 7th and 8th nerve complexes look normal[ Small amount cyst is
suspected in relation with left cerebellar hemisphere posteriorly measuring about13x1mm?].
No evidence of tonsillar herniation. Note is made of ethmoid and sphenoid sinusitis. No
definitive meningeal thickening or meningeal enhancement is identified.

Impression:
Changes are consistent with meningeal based lesion in the left para falcine location the
upper slices in left parietal region and small enhancing lesion also noted in relation
with left side of body of corpus callosum posteriorly. Consistent with diagnosed case of
metastatic deposits. Clinico-pathlogical EUL the last year the floor of the using the 3 phase
loss with the here and in the GE in the same on the PA view of the correlation is required.
