I. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Graduation day is on May 29, 2o21 at 7 PM
- Theme for the graduation is A Summer to Remember: Korean Class With
Joshua Cho Batch 5
- Dress code is related to summer theme.

II. REMINDERS:
- Deadline of submission of 1x1 pictures of the members was supposed to be
last week, all members who weren’t able to submit were asked to submit
their 1x1 photos.
- Members were also reminded to vote on the poll created on their groups’
gc and the official gc.

III. TASKS:
- Updates on tasks: most of the groups have worked on their contents and
brainstormed ideas for the content category assigned to them.
- Group leaders and/or assistant leaders have also updated the members
about the results of the poll (e.g., which option has a lot of votes, how
many among the group have already voted)

OTHER MATTERS:

Kamustahan:
- This is a segment of the meeting wherein all members can share their
thoughts.
- Tonight’s topic was about their experience in basic class, what are their
expectations moving forward to intermediate class and who among the
idols and groups is/or their favorite.
- A lot of the members said that it felt like basic class finished quickly and
that they felt like they wanted more. Some members said that they were
 happy to be a part of the Korean class and the volunteers’ team. Some
members also shared that they have tried to learn by themselves before
and that they are already familiar with the lessons but they find the class
helpful to them to as it also serves as some sort of review for them too.
Some members also said that the class also served as their outlet.

POCs, Leaders and Assistant Leaders’ Meeting:

I. Assignment for Recognition Day:
- POC’s – testimony
- Ice breaker – jazzie
- Intermission – kiervin dance tutorial with the collage of the whole unit
and/or participants
II. Suggestions:
- Suggested theme/motif for the recognition day is color blue.
- Leaders, assistant, leaders and POCs also discussed what song to be used
for the intermission on recognition day.
III. Reminder:
- That there will be a follow-up meeting tomorrow at 8 PM to discuss other
matters and finalize the tasks.
