AGENDAS:

I. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Last day of Beginner’s Class with sir Jin is on the 22nd.
- Graduation day is moved to 29th.
- Rotation of tasks within the group next week.
- Challenge for every group will be up next week c/o POCs, leaders and
assistant leaders.

II. REMINDERS:
- Deadline of submission of 1x1 pictures to Princess is until Friday. No
filter picture please!
- Reminder to be always punctual during meetings, general assembly
and Kclass.
- Attendance and excuse letters will be regularly checked.

III. TASKS:
- Updates on tasks: most of the groups have already uploaded and/or
submitted entries for intermission; some groups have already started
planning and creating contents.

OTHER MATTERS:
Topic of the Day: KPOP Groups
- Interaction between Kclass Music Unit Batch 5.
- Each member had the chance to share about their favorite Kpop idol
and/group.

POCs, Leaders and Assistant Leaders’ Meeting:
I. Graduation/Recognition Flow

II. Suggestions:
- Suggestion to have two-part recognition proper so that it
won’t be too dull. We can have another intermission,
icebreaker or game in between.
- Suggestion for General Assembly, to have more interaction
with members to have a time for sharing; presentation of
contents per group then there will be a time allotted for
members to comment and give suggestions; genres of music
to be discussed among the members.
- Suggestion for the challenge: games in gc; word/emoji for
the day wherein leaders will assign a specific word and/or
emoji for each member then during the meeting(s) and/or
general assembly either the POCs, leaders and assistant
leaders will ask a member to comment or message them the
word/emoji of the day.
III. Concerns
- Most of the concerns is about the members’ attendance.
- Some members can’t be contacted by the leaders.
- Some of the members have technical or network connection
difficulty.
- Some members are not submitting their excuse letters.
- POCs, leaders and assistant leaders have agreed to observe
first the members and if further conflict will arise we will
raise it then to captain.
