a. Review:
-the teacher will ask the following question:
o What was our lesson yesterday?
o Who can tell me something about communication?
o Any questions, before we proceed to our activity?
b. Motivation:

PASS THE MESSAGE/MESSAGE RELAY

Directions:
1. Group yourselves into 3 groups.
2. Assigned a leader to get the strip of paper in the box
3. Whisper the given phrases to your classmate in the front until it reaches the
last person in line.
4. Write the accurate sentences on the board.

Phrases:

 Communication is one of the most important skills you require for a


successful life
 There is no communication that is so simple that it cannot be
misunderstood
 The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn’t said

Learners will be asked with these following questions:
 Did you enjoy the activity?
 Was the sentence accurately transmitted? Why or why not?
 What hindered you from doing it well?
B. DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES

PASS THE QUESTION AND GIVE THE ANSWER
Directions:
1. With the same group.
2. The first student in the line will get a strip of paper in the box
3. Whisper the given question or the answer to your classmate in the front until it
reaches the last person in line.
4. Then, say your answer in front of the teacher

Questions:

1. What is to convey?
2. What is the other word of sender?
3. What is feedback in your own words?

b. (Pair Activity)
-the teacher will let the students look for their pair.

Direction: COMMUNICATE YOUR FEELINGS.

Each pair will be given a topic to discuss. One of your partners will be given at least
2 minutes to speak on how he/she feels about the topic while the other partner will
listen and wait for his/ her turn to giving a feedback about what his/her partner said.

C. ANALYSIS
