I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Glenn Colasito, with the following Preliminary activities:

II. Roll Call:
Four attendees are having face-to-face meeting while the rest had the virtual meeting.

III. Reading of the House Rules and Rationale of the LAC Session

The team leader started the session by giving an overview of the entire LAC session particularly on the platforms to
be used during the 3-day LAC Session. It was agreed upon that the 1st and 2nd day will be done face-to-face and the
2nd day will be virtually conducted through zoom app.
IV. LAC Proper
Module 1 : Course Orientation
As per the discussion of Ms. Katrina Soriano, Module 1 or the Course Orientation stressed on the content of the
entire module particularly the purpose and goal of the LAC Session. She also stressed that the LAC sessions be
adapted in the work arrangements as implemented by the Civil Service. Module 1 also provided tasks that will assure
the LAC members participating in the session that possible obstacles be resolved and motivations for each sessions
be sustained.
Module 2 : Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs)
Module 2 was discussed by Ms. Olitoquit and focused on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs).
Module 2 stressed on the combination and unpacking of MELCs; therefore, the output in this module was the
presentation of identified MELCs based on the K12 curriculum guide and the identified MELC’s.
V. Other matters
The LAC Leader reminded the participants on the submission of their outputs. The next schedule also was given and
will be virtual thru zoom app. A recorded meeting will be available for viewing for those who will not be able to attend
it live. Adjournment was made at 3:00 in the afternoon.
