Meeting Proper: I. Last Minute Social Sciences Cluster Assembly Check a. Name tags are still being laced up. b. Org member lists still need to be printed out. c. Amazing race markers and clues have been set. d. Discussion of stations will be during dinner with org. heads. e. There will be no more use for covered courts during amazing race. II. III. Certificates a. Add Mr. Bilogs Name Labels
a. Labels for org boards just need to be picked up; lamination fees can be covered

by OSA.
b. There is no progress on CSO EDSA board.

Audit and Inventory Proposal and Reminders a. Cluster heads should remind orgs to return CSO property properly; this entails putting them back in the cabinet neatly and closing the cabinet door. b. After 2 violations, orgs may not borrow property for the next org session; there should be a system for tracking this. Accounting a. Luis shouldnt lose receipts for cluster night fees and expenses. b. The CSO has not yet been reprimanded regarding accounting matters. c. The accounting office reduced the lead time for liquidation requests to 1 to 2 days because of lateness of submission. d. The accounting office has/is a revolving fund and loses money when requests are not submitted on time. e. Cash advance for other expenses is not covered by weekend expense. f. All official receipts should be addressed to the Ateneo de Manila High School. a. Events i. Dinner immediately to start program because of long activities ii. No religious activity iii. KLIK Session 1. To be done on 2nd floor and 2A and 2B classrooms 2. Sharing by org heads about what their org has that can be contributed to other orgs 3. This was done last year but because there were only 2 rotations, no one could pick up anything. 4. Rotation will be done around all stations. 5. Will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes iv. Preparation for Fair Opening 1. Luigi Bagos, IndAK org head will be in charge. 2. Will last for 2 hours 3. Dance presentation will be done because other forms of entertainment will be harder to teach the whole cluster. 4. Org heads will dance with them; the activity is supposed to promote cluster unity and identity. 5. This activity will be integrated with the ones before it and they will have overlapping aspects. v. Group Sharing 1. By org members grouped by IDs 2. Will take place in covered courts 3. Facilitators may come from CSO core group 4. Will last 1 hour VII. Visual Arts Cluster Proposal a. Objectives i. Unity and Teamwork ii. Awareness of other orgs iii. Reignite the passion for art iv. Plan for Art Exhibit in Art Month (discussion of cluster project) v. Optional: catch up with missed lessons Reminders a. Org evaluation forms should be sorted by cluster using a binder. b. Cluster heads should document what their cluster is doing during org periods; permission from org moderators should be requested to take pictures of cluster. c. Follow up on fair proposals from orgs. d. Org pictorials will take place next week. e. OMNI and Multi-sports have not been adhering to CSO requirements and requests.
