I. Introduction The meeting was presided by Marc Ian Crisostomo, who called the meeting to order at 5:01 PM and, welcomed the officers and Mrs. Rizza Abinsay, adviser. It was opened by an opening prayer led by Kathrine Simeon.

III. Discussion and Decision Reached 1. The Governor presented a list of activities/projects/programs that should be done for the benefit of the College of Nursing, 1st semester: a. Freshmen Orientation (June 2011) b. Election of First Year Representative (June 2011) c. Acquaintance (July 2011) d. Participation on Linggo ng Wika (August 2011) e. Intramurals (August September 2011) f. Reflex Seminar for a Cause

ACQUAINTANCE. Officers decided to ask the students to choose on the theme they want and food to eat. The treasurer was assigned to make a proposal of budget.

Activities/Projects/Programs for 2nd semester: a. Nursing Days (October 2011) b. White Christmas (charity) c. Leadership Seminar d. Medical Mission e. Proposed Pedia-Onco Ward (PJG Hospital)

NURSING DAYS. Officers planned to conduct again a 2-day annual college day. The following are the list of events: a. Mr. and Ms. Campus Nurse. SFP b. Nursing Student-Teacher Got Talent. SINAG c. Nursing Quizbee. Impulse d. Amazing Race. RCY e. Recognition. CNLC Officers f. Thanksgiving Mass Note: Proposals of the different minor organization of the college should give CNLC a copy. MO Officers should have proper communication to CNLC Officers.

2. SSC Officers presented a resolution for the collection of college fee. Collection of college fee assigned to the officers of CLC.

3. The alignment of the Mission and Vision of the College of Nursing to the Universitys Mission and Vision was assigned to Kathrine Simeon. Other officers will help in aligning this. 4. Officers decided to increase the college fee because of the population decrease. Marc Ian Crisostomo, Governor, volunteered to be the incharge with the treasurer Catherine Joy Valeda in making of resolution about this and the breakdown of the fee. Other officers should cooperate. 5. College of Nursing Local Council needs sufficient office supplies: a. Stamp *College of Nursing Local Council *Governor *Received *Date b. Stamp pad c. Stamp Ink d. Columnar for Enrollment e. Clear Folder (Incoming/Outgoing Letters, Liquidations) f. Pencil

6. The Governor should have a proper communication to the previous Governor of CNLC for turning over of their proposed projects. 7. Mrs. Abinsay, adviser, ordered the officers to have their proposals of activities not later than May 15, 2011. 8. Mrs. Abinsay reminded the officers to every event/activity should have a summary, accomplishment/achievement report, liquidation and

documentation. Officers should have own copy of these and give copies to the Office of the Dean and Office of the Student Affairs.

IV. Close The Governor, Marc Ian Crisostomo, thanked all officers for their participation and adjourned the meeting at 6:48 PM.
